These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LYRA platform and related services provided by Bykandil. By accessing our platform or website or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Scope of the Service: LYRA is Bykandil's personal assistant platform, offering chat, tasks, reminders, notes and related features. Access may be through integrated products (Hydra, Horeca, Travel, Piston) or direct LYRA access. See our Pricing page for pricing. Account and Responsibility: You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately (lyra@bykandil.com) if you suspect unauthorized use. Acceptable Use: You will use the service only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms. Prohibited conduct includes: violating others' rights, sharing harmful or illegal content, unauthorized access or interference with systems, overloading the service with automated or bulk requests, and intellectual property infringement. We may suspend or terminate your account if we detect a violation. Intellectual Property and Licence: The platform, interface and content (logos, text, software) are owned by Bykandil or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service for personal, non-commercial use. Reverse engineering, copying or commercial redistribution is not permitted. Disclaimer: The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Bykandil does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. AI-generated output may require verification and should not be relied upon as the sole source for critical decisions. Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, Bykandil is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages (including loss of data, business or profits). Our total liability may be limited to the amount you paid in the last twelve months. Termination: You may stop using the service or close your account at any time. Bykandil may suspend or terminate your access for breach of acceptable use or for legal reasons. Upon termination, licences end; retention of data is subject to our Privacy Policy and KVKK Disclosure Notice. Changes: We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes on this page or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
